Student Accommodation
Our main specialty is to help you source for a property of your choice before you even arrive in Sydney, Australia. This will take a significant amount of time and effort off your back so that you can concentrate in settling down and gearing yourself for your orientation and new semester.
From our application form, we will ask you which institution you will soon be attending and what type of accomodation you will be interested in. From there, we will start sourcing the property on your behalf.
Please note the property comes unfurnished unless otherwise indicated.
Upon receipt of the application fee, we will search and email you with descriptions, details and photos of the property together with our suggestions and recommendations.
Once you have decided on the property, we will apply for the property on your behalf immediately.
*Please note you will be entering into a legal contract and there will be legal costs in terminating lease contracts.*
Application Fee: AUD 55.00 (inc. GST) per person paid with application
Important Note:
1. There is no application fee refund.
2. All our rental contracts are in 12 months term with option to extend.
3. All rental payments must be paid fortnightly in advance and in full.
4. You are responsible for the maintenance and cleaniness of the property.
5. A bond depending on the month's rental value is payable (this is a government requirement).
6. Utilities are usually not inclusive unless otherwise indicated.
7. AUD 150.00 (inc. GST) will be deducted from your bond for cleaning fees at the end of the lease period.
8. You will have to provide a parental guarantee form.

Housemates Pooling
Our housemates pooling system is essentially house/apartment sharing with likeminded housemates.
Our system will pair up students like yourself with matching criterions and together, you as a group can apply for an apartment or house so that all associated costs can be shared amongst the group.
It is a cheaper alternative to students who wants to keep living expenses to a minimal, alternatively it can also a good social and cultural understanding as the group understands and learn the Australian culture and way of life.
Our specialised housemate pooling system include:
1. Free to be included in our matching system (please express your interest in your application)
2. Free contact details sharing of your new potential housemates so you can email or call them to discuss the possibilities of living together.

We also take into consideration cultural sensitivities and understanding. This process might take longer so please indicate your interest as soon as possible to enable us to start matching.
Short Term Accommodation
Not sure on your stay? Why not use our short term accommodation service?
If you not sure on taking on a 12 months lease or is just accompanying your child to this new country. Use our short term accommodation service to avoid last minute hotel bookings which could cost a bundle. We have a great range of partner service apartments, hotels and motels which can accommodate up to 4 guests in a room, some with breakfast included.

Purchasing of Motor Vehicle
To buy brand new or second hand?
If you are in the market for a brand new car, we have great relationships with major dealerships and can negotiate the purchase on your behalf, normally at 10%-20% off recommended retail prices.
If you're looking for a used car, be aware and be prepared as it can be time-consuming, stressful, costly and unnerving. We can assist you in purchasing a valued second hand car that is not only safe for you to drive but also roadworthy so there are no short term problems.

Job Placement
Employment in Australia
Student visas are granted with a 'No Work' condition.
If you are given permission to work, there are restrictions on the number of hours you can work.
The table below outlines the work entitlements for you if you are granted permission to work.

Migration

We can assist you in your renewal of your student visa, application for a working visa or resolve visa problems with DIMIA.
Migration
There are various ways of migrating to Australia. Each case is unique and is heavily dependent on your circumstances. We have a team of professional migration lawyers who can provide comprehensive advice to your migration needs.
Our specialised migration lawyers can:
1. Advise you on the visa that may best suit you
2. Tell you the documents you will need to submit with your application
3. Help you fill out the application form
4. Submit the application for you and communication with the department of immigration on your behalf
You do not need to use a migration agent to lodge any kind of visa application or asylum claim. Your application will not be decided any sooner if you use a migration agent and they cannot influence the outcome of your application. However, if you do not feel confident in lodging an application, or if your case is complex, you may wish to use a migration agent to help you.
In Australia, migration agents must be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) in order to provide immigration assistance services. All our migration lawyers are registered practitioners.
